Our junior training night is Friday starting at 5:30pm. One-on-one coaching and supervision is a priority for our new shooters. They are first taught safety regulations and rules according to the NRA. As junior shooters grow and develop they will be able to compete at matches at our club and other local venues.
The BRC Junior Program has produced high-achieving shooters that have competed on the national and international level. A number of our juniors have achieved numerous national records and national titles. Some have even gone on to earn college scholarships and compete at the NCAA collegiate level.
Our program follows the NRA 4 Position Marksmenship Qualification Program. The program allows juniors to learn marksmenship skill by learning prone, sitting, kneeling and offhand smallbore rifle shooting. Throughout the program juniors can earn medals and certificates.
